Weight gain

So after I ate breakfast and a snack today, I checked my weight and it was much higher than yesterday. it was 230 lbs. Crud! I worked out today and I should be working out tomorrow too. So hopefully that will help with some much needed weight loss. Breakfast: sandwich 300 cal. Snack: 1 can of tuna 200 cal. Lunch: none: Drinks: coke 140, coffee 210 Dinner: =pork steak 400, rice 280 And also, I had a couple of beers. My once a week thing. lol Total: 1510+ cal.
