My weight today is 229 lbs. YIKES
I also start working out in a gym tomorrow. :)
Right now I'm just cutting down on what I eat.
No workouts today.
What I ate today:
Breakfast: the sheik 600 cal.
Lunch: nothing
Snacks: beef stick 200 cal.
Drinks: mountain dew, 1 coke, and orange juice
Dinner:???
Total:
I know not very healthy, but like I said just cutting down on what I eat for now.
