My first day of low calorie diet
Today is the first day of my low calorie diet. I am going to be eating about 1500 cal. a day or less.
weight is 224 lbs.
Breakfast: sandwich 300
Lunch: none
dinner: 1000 cal.
total: 1300 cal.
I've had no soda today :)
I will be working out tomorrow.

Weight gain
So after I ate breakfast and a snack today, I checked my weight and it was much higher than yesterday. it was 230 lbs. Crud!
I worked out today and I should be working out tomorrow too. So hopefully that will help with some much needed weight loss.
Breakfast: sandwich 300 cal.
Snack: 1 can of tuna 200 cal.
Lunch: none:
Drinks: coke 140, coffee 210
Dinner: =pork steak 400, rice 280
And also, I had a couple of beers. My once a week thing. lol
Total: 1510+ cal.

First day at the gym!
Hi everyone!
I just got done working out at Planet Fitness and I feel pretty good.
I did 22 minutes of walking on the treadmill, 20 min. on bike, 10 minutes of a full body workout, and 10 min. of elliptical machine. A full hour of working out.
I will be working out every other day.
I should be eating about 2225 cal. a day to lose weight based on my weight.
I will begin to eat more healthy foods next week.
My weight: 225 lbs
Breakfast: chicken nuggets 400 Cal.
Lunch: sandwich 300 cal.
Drinks: 2 cokes 280 Cal.
Dinner: pork chop 300,

I couldn't go and workout today due to being too busy. :/

This is what used to look like when I was 18 years old, which is now my goal to look like this again.

I also start working out in a gym tomorrow. :)
Right now I'm just cutting down on what I eat.
No workouts today.

Lunch: nothing
Snacks: beef stick 200 cal.
Drinks: mountain dew, 1 coke, and orange juice

I know not very healthy, but like I said just cutting down on what I eat for now.
