First day at the gym!
Hi everyone!
I just got done working out at Planet Fitness and I feel pretty good.
I did 22 minutes of walking on the treadmill, 20 min. on bike, 10 minutes of a full body workout, and 10 min. of elliptical machine. A full hour of working out.
I will be working out every other day.
I should be eating about 2225 cal. a day to lose weight based on my weight.
I will begin to eat more healthy foods next week.
My weight: 225 lbs
Breakfast: chicken nuggets 400 Cal.
Lunch: sandwich 300 cal.
Drinks: 2 cokes 280 Cal.
Dinner: pork chop 300,
