My first day of low calorie diet
Today is the first day of my low calorie diet. I am going to be eating about 1500 cal. a day or less. weight is 224 lbs. Breakfast: sandwich 300 Lunch: none dinner: 1000 cal. total: 1300 cal. I've had no soda today :) I will be working out tomorrow.
